Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the participant (“Student” or “You”) and The BAARD Institute, LLC (“Provider”), for participation in the BAARD Ultimate: Mastery & Mentoring Program (“Program”).

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Program includes live virtual coaching sessions, access to a private online community, and access to select online education products for a duration of either six (6) or twelve (12) months, depending on the enrollment option selected.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once purchase is complete.

  • A 72-hour cancellation window is provided from the time of purchase in the event of an accidental transaction. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within this time frame.

  • After 72 hours, no refunds or cancellations will be granted.

3. Conduct & Dismissal Policy

  • The BAARD Ultimate program is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and constructive learning environment.

  • Harassing, rude, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward fellow students, residents, staff, or Dr. Schiffenhaus will result in immediate dismissal from the Program at the sole discretion of the Provider.

  • Dismissed students will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Access to previously recorded content may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Provider.
