  • All sales are final.
    We offer a 72-hour courtesy cancellation window in case a purchase was made in error. After this window, no refunds will be issued.

  • Program Duration:
    Your access lasts 6 or 12 months depending on your plan. Access to live sessions, mentoring, and community ends at the end of this term unless you renew.

  • Dismissal Policy:
    Students may be dismissed from the program at any time if behavior is deemed harassing, rude, or inappropriate toward other students, residents, or Dr. Schiffenhaus.

  • Post-Dismissal Access:
    Dismissed students may retain access to recorded content and course materials on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of The BAARD Institute.

  • Intellectual Property:
    All course content, protocols, case reviews, and materials are the intellectual property of The BAARD Institute. Sharing, recording, or redistributing this material without written consent is strictly prohibited.
