Complete Your BAARD Training
The BAARD Complete Add-On is a unique 2-day hands-on program that combines two of Dr. Schiffenhaus’ most in-demand courses into one streamlined experience. By the end of this intensive training, you’ll have mastered biomimetic strategies for both indirect and direct restorations—covering nearly every scenario you encounter in day-to-day dentistry.
This add-on is designed specifically for BAARD New York attendees who want the full spectrum of BAARD training in a single weekend.
What You’ll Learn
Day 1 — Overlay & Onlay Part II
Advanced Adhesive Solutions for Highly Compromised Teeth
-
Managing large, complex build-ups
-
Restoring endo-treated teeth and teeth in need of endo
-
Biomimetic approaches to crown replacement
-
Fiber-reinforced composites for strength and longevity
-
Deep margin elevation techniques
-
Treating severely damaged teeth with no ferrule (“Biomimetic Heroics”)
Day 2 — Direct Composite Excellence
Posterior-Focused Composite Mastery
-
Posterior matrixing strategies and techniques
-
Layering protocols for strength and esthetics
-
Advanced adhesive and biomimetic approaches
-
Fiber reinforcement in direct restorations
-
Step-by-step systems for predictable, stress-free posterior composites
Why This Course?
Dentistry today demands more than just “fixing” teeth. Patients expect functional, long-lasting, and esthetic restorations — even when the case looks impossible.
This add-on gives you the missing piece of the puzzle. You’ll walk away with:
-
A complete, start-to-finish system for treating everything from severely damaged teeth to everyday posterior composites.
-
The confidence to apply biomimetic heroics instead of resorting to aggressive, outdated crown-and-post dentistry.
-
Practical, repeatable methods that can be implemented Monday morning in your practice.
By the end of this program, you’ll have all the core BAARD protocols at your fingertips.

Course Objectives

Confidently manage heavily compromised and endo-treated teeth using adhesive and biomimetic principles.

Apply fiber-reinforced composites effectively in both indirect and direct restorative procedures.

Perform deep margin elevation and other advanced techniques to preserve structure and avoid unnecessary crown preparation.

Execute predictable posterior composite restorations with proper matrixing, layering, and adhesive protocols.

Integrate biomimetic heroics as an alternative to aggressive, full-coverage approaches.

Develop a comprehensive treatment system that spans both indirect and direct restorations — equipping you for virtually any restorative challenge.
